How we work
How we work
An interior is not decided on site. It is drawn up in advance, in plan and in photorealistic 3D of your actual rooms, and only then made. Below is exactly how that runs and what it costs you.
- 0% design fee on our collection
- Photorealistic 3D
- Up to 15 revisions

A worked example
Master Interior state on their own site that on a 120,000 euro renovation you should budget 9,600 to 18,000 euro in design fees. If you furnish your project through us, that line is zero. Not because the design is less work, but because our margin sits in the making and not in the drawing.
The route in five steps
- 1
First meeting
We come to you, measure up and listen. You tell us what needs to happen and within what budget. No obligation.
- 2
First design
Within three months of signing, dossier 1 is ready: plan, photorealistic 3D of your own rooms and a quotation. We go through it at length at head office in Kapellen.
- 3
Adjusting
If something is off, we change it. Up to fifteen revisions are included across the whole route.
- 4
Making
Bespoke work comes out of our own atelier. Furniture comes from our collection of more than 18,000 pieces from over 40 makers.
- 5
Installing and styling
Our own team delivers, installs and styles. One point of contact from the first conversation to the last lamp.
The agreement, in plain words
You sign a cooperation agreement. The fee depends on where the pieces and the works come from.
| From our collection and webshop, fitted cabinetry included | 0% |
|---|---|
| Building works through our own subcontractors | 10% |
| Contractors you choose yourself, or pieces bought outside us | 16% |
And if you stop
- After dossier 1 you can stop without the design being handed over, on payment within 15 calendar days.
- From dossier 2 you can stop within 5 calendar days of receiving each dossier, at 2.5% per dossier on the quotation, capped at 16% in total.
- If nothing is carried out within a year of signing and there is no valid stop, the cooperation ends and 16% is due on the highest design budget.
All percentages excluding VAT. Designs, plans and 3D remain our intellectual property. Belgian law, courts of the Antwerp district.
