Shipping Policy

At Marcottestyle, every order is delivered with care by our own transport team or trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your delivery location, order value and the type of product. Custom-made and upholstered furniture require additional production time (see Delivery Times).

All prices and shipping rates are shown in euro (EUR). For deliveries outside the eurozone, your card issuer or bank applies the currency conversion at checkout. Shipping is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay; the amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies.

Shipping Zones & Rates

Belgium

Standard Delivery:

  • Orders up to €100 → €35
  • €100,01 – €350 → €65
  • €350,01 – €400 → €70
  • €400,01 – €999 → €95
  • €1.000 and up → Free shipping

Upgraded delivery (Belgium):

  • Premium Delivery (ground-floor delivery + unpacking): €200
  • Luxury Delivery (lift-assisted delivery + in-home setup + packaging removal): €350

Netherlands

  • Orders up to €350 → €95
  • €350,01 – €999 → €85
  • €1.000 – €1.499 → €45
  • €1.500 and up → Free shipping

France, Germany & Luxembourg

  • Orders up to €600 → €145
  • €600,01 – €1.000 → €120
  • €1.000,01 – €2.000 → €95
  • €2.000,01 – €3.000 → €90
  • €3.000,01 – €3.299 → €45
  • €3.300 and up → Free shipping

EU Near Zone (Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden and 40+ other countries)

  • Orders up to €500 → €120
  • €500,01 – €1.000 → €269
  • €1.000,01 – €2.000 → €245
  • €2.000,01 – €4.999 → €235
  • €5.000 and up → €45

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Delivery – Delivery to the ground floor or front door.
  • Premium Delivery – Ground-floor delivery plus unpacking of your furniture. (Belgium)
  • Luxury Delivery – Lift-assisted delivery (where required), full in-home placement and removal of all packaging. (Belgium)

Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: delivered within 7–14 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order products: delivered within approximately 4 to 18 weeks, depending on production time.

These are estimates; we will keep you informed if a delivery date changes.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information, or we will contact you directly to schedule your delivery for larger items.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (deliveries outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Serbia and other non-EU destinations), import duties, customs fees and import VAT may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Any refusal to pay applicable import charges, resulting in the return or destruction of the goods, is at the customer's expense.

Failed, Refused or Rescheduled Deliveries

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, and that the address and access (stairs, lift, doorways) are suitable for the items ordered.
  • If a delivery fails because no one is present, access is insufficient, or incorrect address details were provided, any additional transport costs for a second delivery attempt are charged to the customer.
  • If an order is refused without a valid legal reason, the return transport costs are deducted from any refund due.

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
  • Visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery document (CMR) at the moment of delivery.
  • Hidden damage must be reported in writing, with photographs, within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims that do not follow this procedure may not be accepted.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available. All orders are shipped using one of the listed delivery methods.
