1How to withdraw

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. The period starts the day after you, or someone you designate, receive the goods; for an order delivered in parts, the day after the last part arrives.

Let us know in writing before the period ends, with your order number. Preferably use the form below; an e-mail or letter also counts. You must be able to prove that you withdrew in time, so always do it in writing: a phone call gives you no proof. Do not send anything back before you have received our return instructions.

2What cannot be withdrawn

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised: made-to-order furniture, upholstered furniture in a fabric you chose, custom dimensions, fabrics, finishes or colours, curtains and made-to-measure rugs. Nor does it apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, such as mattresses.

3Returning the goods

Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal: complete, unused, in the original packaging and with our return reference. The cost and risk of the return are yours. Furniture needs specialised transport; on request we give you a price first. If we arrange the transport for you, its cost is deducted from the refund.

You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the product, as you would in a shop.

4Refund

We refund the price of the returned products and the standard delivery cost of the original order within 14 days of your withdrawal. The supplement for Premium or Luxury Delivery is not refunded. We may wait until we have the goods back, or until you show that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

We inspect every return on receipt. Any deduction for loss in value is made only after that inspection, and we tell you about it first. The refund uses the payment method of your order.

5Withdrawal form
