The Skansen range is built on one detail, the narrow groove. It runs over doors, drawers and frames, catches the light differently through the day and keeps a large white piece from turning flat. It sits on a base cabinet or against a wall in the kitchen or dining room, where the open top carries glassware and the closed base takes the rest.

The wood comes from managed plantations, is kiln dried before it is worked, and the paint is built up in layers rather than sprayed on in one pass. It is the slower route, and it is the reason the finish lasts.
