About this piece
Halifax brings the calm of a French country house together with the light of a coastal home. Profiled frames, a warm white finish and antique brass fittings give every piece the look of furniture that has stood in the room for years. Mounted at the right height in a hallway, it takes the daily coats and keeps the floor clear.

The wood comes from managed plantations, is kiln dried before it is worked, and the paint is built up in layers rather than sprayed on in one pass. It is the slower route, and it is the reason the finish lasts.

Solid timber works with the seasons, so small variations in dimension and grain are normal.
We ship throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, and we can carry the piece into the room. Clean with a soft dry cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from a heat source. Free interior advice and a showroom in Kapellen, by appointment.
